So I was playing pokémon black 2 (yay!), and something struck me.
[SPOILERS]
I believe N is actually a Zoroark.
First, he can understand what pokémon say. Why ? Because he's one himself.
Through the story in black 2, you learn that Ghetis found young N in the wild. Do kids live in the wild ? No they don't. Pokémon live in the wild.
A bit later, N makes you visit his old, ruined castle. If you talk to him then, he tells you that he was happy there, because he was treated like a normal human being. Right, because he's not actually one, he's a pokémon. By the way, a zoroark leads you to that castle. When you get there, there's no zoroark, but N's waiting for you. Later you get to fight him, and he has no zoroark. (Only his zekrom - he released the rest of his team. And his old Zorua is given to you earlier in the game, anyway, so it can't be it.)
Even his name, N, becomes a Z if you rotate it.
And his hair, look at his hair. It looks a lot like a Zoroark mane.
I know it's just a theory (and that's probably been made a thousand times before), but it makes N even more awesome.
